Our Programs
According to the National Digital Inclusion Alliance, lack of access to digital training is a barrier to adoption which leads to opportunity gaps. Vulnerable communities are disproportionately impacted by the digital opportunity gap, which compounds quickly.
Additionally, 50% of low-income families lack sufficient devices at home to access digital learning. Mission: Ignite address this by providing refurbished devices for free as part of its programs. We partner with community-based organizations throughout Western New York and New York State to provide these services for free!
Tech360 Digital Literacy
Mission: Ignite's Tech360 Program teaches basic- and intermediate-level computer skills for free!
Digital Navigation: one-on-one help sessions to answer any questions about technology -- available via appointment and walk-in.
- Book an appointment with a Digital Skills Trainer at http://tech360appointment.missionignite.org or walk in.
Tech360 Classes: small-group computer skills instruction
- Tech360 Class participants must pre-register before the first class session. Our Digital Skills Trainers can provide one-on-one support through the pre-registration process.
